  • 1,5 hours of face-to-face support in your cozy house (AB zones, other areas please ask price).

Lactation Online Session
90€ per Session

We will meet online but with the same cozy and personal feeling.

This session is perfect for solving general questions about baby feeding, create a weaning plan, discuss back-to-work adjustments needed when breastfeeding, solve questions about solids introduction, review or create a relactation plans, create mixed-feeding realistic plans or follow up after a home visit.

  • 1 hour online session.
  • After appointment dossier with all topics discussed and more useful information. 
  • Support via WhatsApp 2 weeks after appointment.

Getting Ready for Breastfeeding Course

I offer this online and face-to-face course perfect for any person considering chestfeeding / breastfeeding.

The course is extremely practical, to the point (perfect for the pregnant brain).

I also provide realistic tips and expectations for your partner and postpartum supporters.

The course includes:

  • 1 to 3 hours of training (different in online and face-to-face course). 
  • All training materials (slides, videos, links…) access for life.
  • Breast/chestfeeding affirmations
  • 5% discount on my postpartum services.

Night shifts
260€ per night (12h)

I can come to your place to cover you during one or more nights. I take care of your baby during the night so you can get better and/or longer period of rest.

Night shift service is perfect for:

  • families that need to recover after a hard birthing experience,
  • families with special needs,
  • families without relatives support in postpartum,
  • families following medical treatment… ​

 

The service includes taking care of the baby. Light house keeping tasks can be agreed. Service price for AB zones, other areas please ask for price.

This seems like long time ago but I am eternally grateful for Maria to come to my home mid-corona (!) and to give me so much guidance regarding breastfeeding. When I think about it, I want to cry from gratitude. My daughter was born 2,3 kilos and she wouldn’t latch.
