Pregnant? Congratulations! What a joy to welcome a new member to your incredible family. I work as a birth doula supporting birthing people at birth in Naistenklinika and Jorvi hospitals. I can also be part of your home birth or travel with you to the birth unit in Lohja hospital.

Mumfulness Birth

Mumfulness birth is my most complete birth pack.

It includes:

2 prenatal visits (2h).
Birth plan & intentions session (1h, visit or online).
Birth preparation workshop (4h).
Phone availability through pregnancy and first 2 weeks of postpartum.
Birth support from when YOU need me to end. On call weeks 38 to birth, 24/7
TENS for your use (week 37 onwards).
Rebozo for your use (week 30 onwards).
Placental prints if desired.
2 postpartum visits (2h).
4 postpartum meals based on your nutritional needs & diet.

Other birth packs

Adapted to different kinds of families and different needs. I offer also virtual doula birth support (all remote, but same love and wisdom shared with you), a last-minute doula pack and a doula service for families in risk of exclusion / families with low income. Send me an email for more details.
